Kay Marie is an accomplished multicultural theater actress and director based in Berlin.

She holds a BFA in Acting from Otterbein University (US). After a transformative semester abroad and a deep fascination with Stanislavski, she was inspired to pursue a Master’s in Acting Pedagogy at GITIS (The Russian Institute of Theatre Arts) in Moscow. Kay moved to Berlin in 2023 and is an active participant in the Freie Szene.

Her work spans genres and formats, from classics to new writing, traditional staging to immersive, site-specific productions. Performing fluently in English, Russian, and German, she grounds her practice in classical technique while drawing inspiration from contemporary culture, emphasizing improvisation, text analysis, and collaborative processes that support individuality.
